Our story began in 2009, designing and building hospitality venues that became part of Southern California’s cultural fabric — nightclubs, cafés, and gathering spaces that shaped an era.
Those early projects taught us the rhythm of design, flow, and guest experience — lessons that now guide every residential, hotel, and commercial project we touch.

Founded in 2021, RDG Design Group evolved from that legacy — carrying forward a decade of hospitality DNA into real estate development, architecture, and lifestyle-driven design.
